Choosing a tattoo or bringing people together? Here’s what to know before you send your idea.
Your tattoo
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Start with an idea, or let the visual quiz help you find a direction. It brings your style, size, placement and subject preferences together in one brief for Brodie.
What happens after the quiz?
Add your contact details to send Brodie your tattoo brief. Your enquiry is a starting point for a conversation, rather than a booking. The confirmation tells you whether your enquiry was saved and whether an email was sent.
Are the example designs ready to tattoo?
The sample collection contains draft illustrations. They help you explore styles and cannot be booked as approved designs. The photographs in Brodie’s portfolio show completed tattoos. Any new design needs an artist’s review for detail, size and placement.
Does the quiz create a new design?
The quiz matches your choices to suitable artwork in the approved collection when available. If there isn’t a suitable match, your full idea still goes to Brodie as a custom enquiry. It doesn’t generate an instant, original design.
What about lettering or a cover-up?
Include the exact words or your cover-up idea in the quiz. Brodie needs to review these individually. A quiz match cannot establish whether lettering will work at a particular size or whether an existing tattoo can be covered.
Your event
Can I enquire before I have a venue?
Yes. Share the location you’re considering and the details you already know. A confirmed venue isn’t needed to start an enquiry. Availability, venue suitability and required approvals must be checked before a booking is confirmed.
Where can events take place?
Don’t Tell Mum is based around Adelaide. Share your proposed location with Brodie so travel, venue arrangements and availability can be reviewed for your event.
Can we explore temporary tattoos?
Yes, you can enquire about temporary options for your event. Designs, materials, availability and suitability need to be confirmed with Brodie. Temporary and permanent tattooing are separate services.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the agreed design or event arrangement. Send your brief so the details can be discussed. No prices, packages or deposits are offered through this website.
Does an enquiry reserve my date?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation. The date, service and event arrangements need to be agreed before a booking is confirmed.
