Good ideas start here
Make it feel
like your event.
01Define the guest experience first.
A team occasion, product launch and public activation ask different things of an event. Describe the audience, the setting and what people should take away. Give participants a genuine choice about joining in, especially where a permanent tattoo is being considered.
02Make room for creative approval.
Share your brand guidelines, the artwork you have permission to use and who signs off the final designs. Temporary branded artwork is an option to discuss; production method, materials, quantities and timings remain to be confirmed.
03Build one practical organiser brief.
Identify the event producer, venue contact and creative approver. Include the event schedule, available space and expected attendance. That gives everyone a common starting point for assessing a proposed format before it is promoted.
Your starting brief
A brief we can work through.
You can leave the venue undecided. Share what you know and work through the rest.
- Event purpose, audience and Adelaide venue or proposed location.
- Date, operating hours and approximate attendance.
- Permanent, temporary or undecided participation.
- Artwork permissions, brand guidelines and approval contact.
Plan a corporate enquiry↗A few useful answers
Before you plan it in.
Can a design include our logo?
A branded temporary design can be explored once you confirm the right to use the artwork. The method of production and service availability need confirmation. We do not assume attendees will want permanent branding.
Can you quote from our guest count?
Attendance is only part of the brief. Format, participant interest, artwork, schedule and venue suitability all affect what could be offered. There are no fixed packages or instant quotes on this website.
Can we use this for a public activation?
Public events need their own discussion about the host, location, participation and required approvals. Describe the setting and organiser responsibilities first; availability is not confirmed by this page.
